Idaho Falls airport security detains man with disassembled handgun


IDAHO FALLS – A man was stopped at the Idaho Falls airport Tuesday for trying to go through security with a disassembled handgun. The magazine and ammunition were also found in his carry-on.

The man was detained, but no charges have been made at this time. If federal charges aren’t issued, the prosecutors office says he will likely face state charges.
