T-shirt company sets up vending kiosk at Rochester airport

Vending machines aren’t just for candy and soda anymore. A local T-shirt company, Park Ave Shirt Company, has set up a vending kiosk at the Greater Rochester International Airport.
The kiosk, inside the terminal just past the security check-point, has 10 styles to choose from in men’s, women’s and children’s sizes and designs, including Rochester-themed tees.
“With the number of people walking through the airport every day, we thought this would be a fun way to distribute our product and get in front of more people,” said Park Ave Shirt Company president Wally Rickard, 37, of Webster.
Park Ave Shirt Company was founded in 2005 and specializes in vintage, inspirational, humorous and custom designed T-shirts. For more information, visit www.parkaveshirtco.com.
